Maintain, Don’t Gain Challenge 2018
Join CommonHealth in the last health challenge of 2018 as we maintain our weight through the busy holiday season by sticking to the basics of being well. Focusing on habits like moving 30 minutes a day, mindful eating, and some good old portion control can keep you on track and make sure the Thanksgiving Turkey is the only thing getting “stuffed” this holiday season.
Sign up by November 21st to participate. The challenge goal is to maintain your weight within 1-2 pounds of your starting weight through January 2nd. All participants who complete the closing survey will receive a Ginny B. Well pin.
